We want to know about you, your work and why you are interested in taking on this fellowship opportunity.

 
You can submit your application in different ways:
 
 
-             In writing
 
-             As a sound recording
 
-             As a video recording
 
-             As an image or images
 
-             Or a combination of any of these
 
 
This can be your own work or something about you by someone who supports you. 
 
It could include images or a recording of you being creative, or examples of your work.
 
Complete the application using whatever approach works for you. 


Things you must include in your application:
 
 
1. Some details about yourself, including what does being an artist with barriers to participation mean to you?


2. Why do you want to do this fellowship?


3. What have you been reading, watching or listening to that aligns with your values, and why?


4. What support needs you have, and we should communicate with you


5. Your contacts details – Name, email, phone number, address

Application Form – Supporting Information As a guide only, we would suggest your application is: - 2 pages of text - Not more than 5 minutes of sound or video - 2 pages of images (or web link to images) We will ask Shortlisted artists for some more information before interview which will include: Asking you to provide 1-2 references from someone you have worked with previously Asking you to share something you are really proud of and tell us why The exact format of interviews will be decided according to the support needs of each shortlisted artist but could include online or home-based meetings IMPORTANT DATES Submission deadline: Monday 5 October 12pm

Shortlisted applicants will be notified by: Thursday 9 October

Interviews will take place during the week beginning: Monday 12 October

Successful applicant will be notified: Friday 16 October

Fellowship Residency begins: End of October (subject to artist agreement)
